WHAT IS NOT LICENSED

• Naval architecture and engineering

• Structural calculations and certification

• Tooling, moulds and production execution

• Distribution, sales and after-sales

INITIAL LICENSEE STRUCTURE

 INITIAL LICENSE

Seavolution grants a limited number of Initial Licenses for first industrial applications of the design system.

Each Initial License defines:

• Size range and product category

• Geographic production scope

• Defined implementation period

• Design Authority validation parameters

ECONOMIC MODEL

 LICENSEE STRUCTURE

• Entry License Fee

• Royalty per unit produced

• Application-specific scope

 Pricing and conditions discussed under NDA

SEAVOLUTION ROLE

DESIGN AUTHORITY

Seavolution acts as Design Authority for visible identity elements above the waterline.
Industrialisation remains entirely under the responsibility and supervision of the Licensee.
